Project Go Live Period
February 13, 5pm - February 18, 11pm 2013
During this time period all applications listed below will be unavailable. All
systems will be reopened for business on February 19, 2013 on the new platform.
Access to the old mainframe applications that will be converted off the
mainframe (as listed below) will be disabled.
List of affected applications
1) Applications that have been converted from mainframe-based Natural/Adabas to the
latest Microsoft .NET/C#/SQL Server platforms: USEC, INDX, CRES, FAID,
FAST, SFSO, STAB, CTAB, SREG, STAR, SSDA, ADMS, UADM, IRES, GSFR, GDIV
2) After the conversion, the new applications will be accessible through a web interface at: https://isis.sa.ucsb.edu/
Additional affected applications:
1) All campus mainframe applications and mainframe scheduled batch jobs will not be available for the end-users from Wed, 2/13 after 5:01 pm to approximately noon on Fri, 2/15, when the non-SA applications will be opened to selected users from Administrative Services Division to do their operations
2) All applications listed below interact with the converted systems and will be not available for the entire conversion cut-over time:
GOLD, eGrades, AAA, App Status(Admissions Web), Applicant Authentication, Online SIR, Inside Admissions, Delta Sys, Insurance Waiver, Orientation Reservations, BARC, SLR, DSP, Online Catalog, L&S Advising Workflow Application, Public Verification, Parent Info, Document Management, eTranscript , TEAS, TTS, Perm/Pin Reset, Sevis
