Google Drive

What it is: Google Drive is a cloud storage and collaboration toolset that provides functionality similar to the Microsoft Office Suite via a web interface. It allows for document sharing and editing, as well as file storage.

Hangouts

What it is: Hangouts is a chatting/Instant Messaging (IM) tool developed by Google that also features video and audio capabilities. Hangouts is the division's preferred tool for IM, and it works best with Chrome and on all computers and most mobile devices.

Zoom

What it is: Zoom is an easy, reliable cloud platform for video and audio conferencing, chat, and webinars across mobile devices, computers, and conference rooms.
How to access it: To manage your account, go to the url above and click the 'Sign-In' link on the right side, then log in using your NetID (e.g. joegaucho@ucsb.edu) and password.

GooseChase

What it is: A scavenger hunt platform. You can easily join public games or create a custom hunt for students, staff, or faculty to use.
How to access it: Go to the Goose chase URL (linked above), click 'Sign Up', and create an account using your UCSB email address (e.g. janegaucho@ucsb.edu). You will then be able to create scavenger hunts using the UCSB campuswide license.
